GRYNKIEWICZ, Irene (Misiewicz) Of West Roxbury, formerly of Jamaica Plain, November 3, 2008. Beloved wife of the late William A. Grynkiewicz. Loving mother of Nancy & Anthony Smith of Milton and Audrey and Robert Knight of Hopkinton, NH. Loving grandmother of Julia Knight. Beloved sister of Eleanor Strug of Stoughton, Joan Kovaly of Dover, and Robert F. Misiewicz of Norton. Loving sister-in-law of Mary and Catherine Grynkiewicz of Arlington. Also survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral from the Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY on Saturday November 8, at 9:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours Fri 4-8PM. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Irene's memory to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place, West, 6th Floor Brookline, MA 02445. I had the pleasure of working for Irene at the candy counter at Bailey's when I was in high school. She was a wonderful, warm and kind woman. My condolences to her family.
