I was a neighbor on Lincoln Pkwy. growing up. Carlos was a special man....always making us laugh. I had some wonderful long conversations as adults and always appreciated his honesty. RIP dear Carlos.
I am so sorry for the loss of his sister Paula also. After nearly 50 years of being neighbors I always remember Paula's birthday, July 19 and always think of her. 760-885-1931. God bless you.

My sympathy to Martina, Rita, tio Jose and tia Margarida. Sorrow is only normal now; but cry not and rejoice instead that he is in the Hands of God now. He may be asleep, awaiting The Day - he may be no longer there with you, physically - but he is on the Greater Side of Things. And Carlos will be seen again, by all those who held him dear. One day. On The Day. From one who is still in mourning too - mourning in Faith.

Wednesday 05 November. I just learned and am at a loss for words. I shall miss the laughs. The phone calls saying this is your ole buddy and I'll be up to NH this weekend. A man who as long as you had a few minutes to laugh or see pictures of Ireland opened his heart and soul to you. A man who expressed his love of family and friends. How we so take for granite what we have. The loss is hard, but I am so glad I met such a person. I will miss him.
