Laurie's warm brown eyes had such a way of seeing the gentle humor in any situation and in herself. Hers was a bright and easy presence that instantly put people at ease. All of you kids, be on your best behavior - she's always watching you now!

To Laurie's family and friends:

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Growing up on York Street, we were all like brothers and sisters and your family is part of some of my most treasured memories. Laurie helped teach us to swim in the summer - snow mobiling and skating in the winter. No to mention taking the "little kids" to the Blue Hills Drive-in.

I wish I could be there and know that I am there in spirit.

My deepest sympathy.

Tom and Family
Laurie was a college classmate, she was great student and athlete. She had a bright smile and was always nice to see. I hadn't seen her in over 20 years when we met again at a friends retirement party and realized we were practically neighbors. We met by chance again a while back at the local Burger King, as our kids played we got to talk about all the good things life had brought us. Laurie was a great person that always brought more to the table than she took. She will be missed by all who knew her. God Bless You!
