making sausage and peppers to go out on Billy's boat for fireworks, walking down to the ocean with plastic cups filled with wine, meeting at the airport so she could give Andrew some books before she flew off, holding the door open & standing back to watch Frankie race inside, the Elvis bust, watching Stuart Little with the cats, buying flowers for the deck, Outback restaurant, hanging out at the bench near Marblehead Lighthouse, three hour phone calls while doing laundry, Portmeirion vs. Brambly Hedge, sneaking her Chanel perfume, rolling down the hill, watching Patchee chase the deer, stopping the car at Star of the Sea to light a candle and say a quick prayer, drinking champagne before the wedding at Mary Ann's, shopping at Talbot's, eating crab salad sandwiches on toasted hot dog buns, having to comb out the rug tassles, early morning wake up calls, laughter....I bought a Norfolk Island Pine and named it Lynney...

Lynda was a fantastic woman. I was fortunate enough to get to know her as I cared for her cats as her veterinarian. She has been reunited with them in heaven.
