HACKETT, Margaret (DeGaust) Of Dorchester, November 14, 2008, 81 years. Wife of the late Philip F. Hackett. Loving mother of Dianne M. Murphy of Whitman, Gail M. Menchin of Whitman, Lawrence P. Hackett of Norwell, Keith P. Hackett of Ashland, Kevin J. Hackett of Dorchester and the late Robert P. Hackett. Sister of Ann McSweeney of Westwood, Dorothy Sisson of Malden, and the late Elizabeth Vietello and Lawrence and Freeman DeGaust. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends invited to attend Visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St., WHITMAN on Monday 4-8 pm. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday in Holy Ghost Church in Whitman at 9 am. Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Boston.
