Marlene Dooling Obituary

DOOLING, Marlene B. (Martin) Of Medford, formerly of Chelsea, November 14th. Beloved wife of Matthew F. Dooling. Devoted mother of Mark Dooling and his wife Marybeth of Quincy, Michael Dooling and his wife Lisa of Tewksbury and Gregg Dooling and his wife Robin of Medford. Cherished Grammy of Kelly, Sean, Alanna, Matthew and Colleen Dooling. Dear sister of James Martin of Mashpee, Robert Martin of Lexington and the late Thomas and Donald Martin and Joan Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Breslin Funeral Home, 610 Pleasant St., MALDEN at Medford line, on Wednesday, Nov. 19th at 9 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Medford at 10 AM. Relatives & friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc., Massachusetts Chapter, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472. I had the pleasure of knowing Marlene through my good friend Marybeth. I, too, will remember her smile and can only hope that she is at peace in a much better place. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time.
