To all of Alice's family, my deepest sympathy for your loss of the the very center of your family. I know each of you carries a special and personal sorrow with her passing. She was an amazing woman whose strengths, efforts and compassion touched many lives in many ways. I want to thank every one of you for allowing me to be there to support my daughter, Tanya, through this exceptionally painful loss for her. Your warmth, welcoming and understanding was genuinely appreciated. Alice was good to me also, and I was thankful to be able to be there. My prayers will remain with you all as you go forward with your own personal journeys in her honor. I hope you will each be able to find your way to hold onto the blessing of having had her in your life, instead of the pain of having to let her go. She was definately a gift to all, and she will be with all of you always.

Nana,
Thank you so much for holding on until I made it in. We have a special bond that flesh can not change. You are with me every moment of every day. I love you so very much and will miss our conversations terribly. Stay near me always. Tanya (Grandaughter)
