Francis E. Gassiraro

GASSIRARO, Francis E. Of Holliston, formerly of Wellesley, November 23, 2008. Dr. Gassiraro is survived by his devoted wife of 47 years, Edwina (Bacigalupo) & by his beloved children: Peter & his wife Lisa Ripko of NY, David & his wife Eva of Weston, Ed & Lynne Gassiraro both of Natick. He was the proud grandfather of Leo & Kurt Gassiraro, & is also survived by his loving sisters Beatrice DiMasi & Hilda Gassiraro and nephews Leonard, Theodore and Thomas DiMasi. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, November 29 at 10AM in St. Paul's Church, 502 Washington St. Wellesley, followed by interment in St Michael's Cemetery, Roslindale. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hour will be held prior to the Mass from 8:30-9:30AM at the Henry J. Burke & Sons Funeral Home, 56 Washington St. (Rte 16) WELLESLEY HILLS. Dr. Gassiraro was an Associate Professor at the Goldman School of Post Graduate Dentistry at Boston University and a member of many dental clubs and organizations. He was a veteran of the US Army having served in WWII.
