There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you! I miss you terribly and regret not going to see you that Friday night. You made me laugh and you made me cry. You taught me so much, but especially you were a tough broad that kept enduring no matter what happened to you. I am so glad that i got to know you, you helped me through some really tough times. I only wish that I could have done the same for you!
I am so glad that somebody posted a picture of you because it brought tears to me and a smile. It shows your light, which shone in my life many times. Thanks Gertie for gracing my life with your presence and love. I will miss you deeply.
