I was shocked and saddened to learn of Leo's passing. I apologize for only now knowing why the world has strangely felt to be missing something important for these past months. Now I know.
Leo was a great man and good friend who stood up for me when I needed a big brother in the business and he was an ever on and always ready force of wisdom and humor.
First-Class is you Leo and I am so grateful to have known you. My heart goes out to your family.
God bless,
Denver

Jo-Ann and children, Leo was one of a kind and one of the best to work for and with. My children remembered him when I told them of Leo's passing. That's the type of person he was - always remembered with fond memories. My many year's with the Gap were made enjoyable because of Leo. My heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family. God bless you all. Leo will always be remembered in my prayers.

I will always remember Michael's smile and the twinkle in his eyes. He was always so full of love, life and laughter. I always looked forward to when his whole family came to visit in the summer when we were children. We all had so much fun at the beach and at Aunt Kay's great family clambakes. I know he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

I was shocked when I received an email about Leo.
I first met him years ago when he was with the Gap. Being from Washington DC we always had plenty to talk about.
Although I only saw him a few times a year I always enjoyed seeing him, almost always wearing his bucks.
I will include you in my prayers.
May God Bless you all.

The Big Guy will be remembered, and missed, for a very long time...he was my connection to "don't sweat the small stuff, and it's all small stuff..."
You are all in my prayers,
