RACHLIN, Joy (Barron) Of Brookline on Sunday, November 30, 2008. Devoted wife of Dr. William S. Rachlin. Loving mother of Faye Rachlin & her husband Gary Richards of CT. and Margo Gray & her husband John of Canton. Cherished grandmother of Shira and Rachel. Beloved daughter of the late Judge Jennie Loitman Barron and Samuel Barron Jr. Fond sister of the late Deborah Blazar and Erma Wernick. Practicing attorney for 40 years, longtime active member of Temple Israel, Boston and 1977 Massachusetts Mother of the Year. Services at Temple Israel, 477 Longwood Avenue, Boston (parking available on the Riverway) on Tuesday, December 2 at 12:00 noon. Burial in Sharon Memorial Park. Memorial observance at her late residence following the burial until 7pm and continuing Wednesday 1-4 and 7-9 pm. Please omit flowers. Donations in Joy's memory would be appreciated to Alzheimer's Association, 311 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA 02472. Levine Chapels, Brookline 617-277-8300
