Dr. Arico was a great guy with a great sense of humor who I knew since childhood as I grew up with his son Teddy.. He delivered all three of my children and even came in on his night off to deliver one of them when I called him at home. He will be missed.

Dr. Arico was my Ob/Gyn for all my children. My last one was born on his birthday 12/1 and he named my daughter. He said that was my birthday gift to him. Well he deserved that gift for he was the best and the most caring doctor in the world. My heart goes out to all the family along with our symathy.
Sincerely,
Rosalie Troy

Barbara, I just read of Dr. Arico's passing and my heart is heavy. He
was the most wonderful man I have ever known. I know you will remember "Mighty Mouse" being born at Waltham Hospital, well, that was 33 years ago. If not for Dr. Arico and you, I am not sure we would have made it through those times. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Heaven is a much kinder, gentle place today with him up there. God Bless you all.

On behalf of my mother (Annette) and I (Terry) it is with deepest sympathy that we send our condolences in the loss of your loved one Dr. Arico. Mom and I both had the priviledge of having Dr. Arico as our OB/GYN as we both were expecting babies at the same time. Dr. Arico delivered a baby girl to my mom and a baby boy to me. Today those babies are 36 years old. There aren't enough words to describe what a wonderful, understanding, caring and gentle doctor he was. He truly will be missed.

Ted Arico was the most wonderful doctor in this world. He delivered all four of my children from 1957-1965. I guess my husband teased me too that he was "the other man in my life." He was kind and funny with a wonderful bedside manner. He did go well beyond the call of duty for his patients. There will never be another doctor like him. My sympathy to the whole family on his death. My own husband passed away in May so I am sure he and Ted are part of the angelic chorus in heaven.

Barbara & Family:
"Dr. A" was my OB/GYN and delivered two of my three children.
My husband always teased that he was the "other man" in our lives.
"Dr. A" was caring and funny and helped me through many health issues, including a back ailment when he put me in the maternity ward and ordered tests to figure out how to solve the problem.
Not too many doctors like that anymore.
May he enjoy the chorus of the angels and rest in peace.

Ted Arico was a wonderful person and caring doctor. He my OB for many years and a colleague of my late husband, John Craig M.D., both of whom had large practices in Waltham. My sincere sentiments to the family, his passing is a loss to us all.
