GARTEN, Ann P. (Lehan) Of South Boston, November 30, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Gerald W. Garten. Daughter of the late Anna P. (Coakley) Lehan. Loving mother of Anne Chambers and her husband James of North Reading, Patricia Klemm and her husband Thomas of Salem, NH, Carol Crosby and her husband Michael of Salem, NH, Mary Garten and her companion Phillip of South Boston, Lillian Haigh and her companion Robert Madaglia of NH and Geraldine McMurray and her husband Fred of Milton. Cherished grandmother of Sharon Campbell. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Dear sister of Madeline Jason and Alice O'Neil and the late Dolly Killeen and Lillian Collins. Funeral from The O'Brien Funeral Home, 146 Dorchester Street, SOUTH BOSTON, Thursday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Gate of Heaven Church at 10 AM. Relative and friends invited. Visiting hours Wednesday, 4-8 PM. Interment Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
