My connections with the Dyers is through my dear friend Beth. I have found myself linked to Beth, Bill, Madeline and Spencer in so many happy ways. It is a friendship I hold dearly and it is at these times that you need to lean on your friends. So please lean! I know that there is great relief for all the Dyers that mom, grandma, aunt will no longer have to suffer. Yet there is a big loss too, a hole in the family. As you surround that hole with love, know that all across the country we are thinking of you and holding you gently and dearly in our thoughts. In peace and love, polly

To Ruth and all the Dyer Family ~

Please accept my condolences on the death of your Mom. I have such fond memories of being in your house up at the top of the hill! I saw your Mom a few years ago at St. Brigid's, I actually gave her Communion. She was a special lady.

You are all in my prayers.
