Sarah S. Duncan

DUNCAN, Sarah S. Of Lynn died Nov 28th in Tampa, FL, where she had gone to welcome a new great great nephew and to celebrate her 90th birthday. Sarah was born in Lynn, MA and graduated from Lynn Classical High School and Burdett College. She worked for Farquhar & Black Insurance Co. for over 50 years as their bookkeeper and office manager. She was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church her entire life. She was predeceased by her sister Mary Duncan Brown and her brother William Duncan; and survived by her niece Sarah Nisenson of Burlington, MA, nephew Paul Brown of Poquoson, VA, niece Lynn Kreischer of Doylestown, PA, nephew Boyd Duncan of Hampton VA, and sister-in-law Mary Jervis Duncan of Telford PA, as well as their children and grandchildren. She is also survived by a number of cousins, especially Edna and Bob Miller and Natalie Murphy of Bristol, NH. To the family as well as all their friends she was known as "Auntie". A memorial service will be held in the spring.
