Doris Fisher Obituary

FISHER, Doris Mary (Stiefelmeyer) Age 93, died peacefully, Nov 24 on the eve of her 69th Wedding anniversary with her beloved husband C. Miller Fisher and son Hugh A.G. Fisher at her bedside. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she opened her heart and beautiful home to friends and family who basked in her warmth. Born in Kitchener, Ontario, she moved to Winchester in 1954, where she resided until her death. From 1955 to 1991, Mrs. Fisher volunteered at the MGH Service League, welcoming foreign doctors and their families. She leaves her husband, her children Elizabeth, Peter (Nancy) and Hugh (Susan) and grandchildren, Ben, Alex, Hugh and Taylor to mourn her loss and celebrate her life. A private burial to be held, Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester.

My condolences to you Miller on the loss of Doris. She was such a lovely woman who graced the time I spent with her. We both shared with you in the love of our grandchildren. She will be with us forever.
