Loving father of Patricia and Frederick Fontaine of West Roxbury, Michael & Janice Shaughnessy of Franklin & Mark Shaughnessy of Westwood. Dear grandfather 0f Michael, Ciara, Jason & Eric. Brother of John, William, Arthur & the late Margaret Shaughnessy. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St., WEST ROXBURY on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 10:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa Church at 11:30 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Deutsches Altenheim, (Alzheimer's Residents Recreation Fund), 2222 Centre St., West Roxbury, MA 02132.
