Joe,
I am so sorry to read about your Dad. It seems like just yesterday we were sitting in your room sorting through baseball cards without a care in the world. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your sister.

Dear Amy, Joe and family:
Your dad's faith in his God and in his faith has been an example to all. Seeing him at daily 9 am mass at Saint Mary's, loving our Blessed Mother so much, and earnestly surrrendering himself to all things of God brought such joy to all of us who shared in this with him. It is so appropriate that he passed on St. John of Damascus feast and his celebration of life burial occured on the blessed Feast of Immaculate Conception... Mary had open arms, welcoming her Son's good and faithful servant home to be joined with his beloved wife, your mom. Your dad told me he knew your mom was in heaven, and the joy that brought him was boundless. I know you will take comfort in faith as well, and tell stories of his honor for generations to come. We love you and mourn with you...Susan Nashawaty, Rick, and all our family.

Joe & Amy,
Our thoughts and prayers will be with you during this difficult time. Your Dad was wonderful person. I first met he and your Mom in 1972. I will cherish some great memories of the time we spent with your family at 39A Dilla! I will miss him!
There is a special prayer that I recall that ends with the following line...." Oh how we will laugh at the sorrow of parting...when we meet again."
I'm so sorry for your loss!

Mrs. Nasalski, Joe and family and Amy, I wanted to express my condolences to all of you. Your husband, dad, father-in-law and granddad was a very special person and neighbor. He took time once, when i was down and out in 1992 and helped me get in touch with my faith. I wish nothing but the best of health to you all. Your former neighbor. Paul Chapman
