PORTMANN, Elmer O., Jr. 81, of Medfield, Sat., Dec. 6, 2008 Devoted husband of Jessie C. (Howe) Portmann, he was the loving father of Debra S. Portmann of Jamaica Plain, Edwin A. Portmann and his wife Meghan of Medway, David H. Portmann and his wife Mary Ann of Corinth, ME, Joel F. Portmann and Melissa McBeath of Tucson, AZ, and Brian J. Portmann and his wife Susan of Millis. Brother of Phyllis Moser of Bluffton, OH, and the late Lois Kleve and A. Frederic Portmann. Also survived by his granddaughters Justine M., Jocelyn M., and Janelle M. Portmann of Corinth, ME, and Celina March O'Connor of Medfield. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2008 at the United Church of Christ, 496 Main Street, Medfield at 11AM. Visiting hours at the Roberts-Mitchell Funeral Home, 15 Miller Street, MEDFIELD, will be on Wed., from 2-4 & 7-9PM. Burial will be in Vine Lake Cemetery in Medfield.
