Caroline Ambrogio Obituary

AMBROGIO, Caroline (Zani) Of Natick, formerly of Wellesley, died peacefully in the comfort of her family, on December 9, 2008. Loving and devoted mother of Dorothy C. Ambrogio of Natick; Charles J. Ambrogio, Jr. of Newmarket, NH; Frank L. Ambrogio of Ashland and Edward P. Ambrogio of Watertown. Sister of Helen Merlino of Wellesley. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Wife of the late Charles J. Ambrogio. Visitations on Friday, Dec. 12, 2008 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Rd (Off Route 30), Cochituate Village, WAYLAND. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Sat., Dec. 13, 2008 at 9:00 am followed by her Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 am at St. Zepherin Church, Route 27, Cochituate Village, Wayland. Interment to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Needham. In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be sent to the Mary Ann Morse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, attn: Activity Fund, 45 Union St., Natick, MA 01760.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Caroline's death. Dorothy, you were amazing in your devotion to your mother. You will be missed at Mary Ann Morse, by residents, staff, visitors, and volunteers alike. Caroline was very lucky to have such a loving daughter come visit and look after her faithfully, day after day after day. When the the roll is called up yonder, you'll be there! Meanwhile, my thoughts and sincere sympathy are with you and your brothers and your whole family.
