I am terribly saddened to hear of my oldest friend's death. We were dear friends through all our FBI years and afterwards. I will miss our Christmas day conversations that went on for more years than I can count. Rest in peace dear friend.

Mr. Scott,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for our Country-first when you served with the U.S. Army in the Pacific during WW II fighting the Japanese and secondly when you served with the FBI. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
