I was saddened to learn of the passing of "Mr. Oliva". He taught my Social Studies class in high school and my husband Jay always spoke so highly of him as well. May your family and friends carry you through this holiday season and your memories comfort you.
Regards,
Christine (Surprenant) Meehan

My mother was a coach and I basically lived at ORR and got to know Mr Oliva very well. He had great dedication to ORR; its students, athletes, and the staff. He was one of "THE" favorite teachers. He treated you with respect and in return he was respected back. I do not know one person that didn't genuinely like him..He was part of the good memories from ORR,Thank you for that Mr O!
My sympathy to all who knew and loved him.He was one of a kind.

To the Oliva family -
I had Mr. Oliva as a history teacher at ORR in 76-77 (and graduated the same year as Frank). He made learning enjoyable and it is because of him I continue to enjoy history to this day. He was a lovely man and my sympathies and prayers go out to all of you.

Dear Betty,
I was very sad when I read Gerry's obituary. Such a kind and gentle person. May God give you and your family the strenght to bear this terrible loss.
With deepest sympathy,
