Joe was a kind hearted gentleman who had a smile on his face. I will truly miss Joe and his conversations that we had in the lobby at Wingate. Joe enjoyed my dog Brady and it made him smile when I brought him to Wingate. He was a kind loving gentle man. God Bless and he we be missed. Carolann Leibovitz

I will never forget the first day I went
to work at the Cambridge Water
Department. Joe was the first one to come up to me and say welcome kid.
HE was one of the best guys I will
ever know.I learned so much from
Joe.He always was there to put a smile on your face. The water department has never been the same since Joe left.God bless Joe!
All of us that worked with Joe will
never forget him because people like Joe do not come along very often!

Dear Lynch family, Please accept my sympathy on the loss of your dear Uncle Joe...I visited him a few times with Cathy when she lived near him in Reading and always found him to be a sweet man.
May your memories give you some measure of comfort at this sad time...Love, Ginny Ford

I started working at Wingate in june of this year and immediately grew close to joe. I always called him mr.roy. He always sat in his chair in the lobby and said hi sweetie to me everytime i walked in. No matter what mood i was in he always made me smile. I didnt no him for long but I loved him like a grandfather. I mis him terribly and just wish i could have spent more time with him or even just hugged him before I left saturday which was the last time I saw him. I got him a christmas present and couldnt wait to take pictures with him. Now I cant and just wish I had my 1st christmas with him. He was a sweetheart and i am devastated at the loss. I no hes watching over me in heaven tho. Im so sorry for your loss.
