I have been blessed to have known Eric for many, many years. He hired me as an office help back in 1974 and I will always miss him. He was a great man, always a gentleman, and helped me in many many ways to have a good life. I could always count on him and his family to give me the right advice and help me in any way possible. My thoughts are with his family, especially Ellen, who is a true friend.
My sincere sympathy.

Our memories of Eric go back quite a way - to Longboat and Federation.
Our brief associations were always warm and friendly. We admired his leadership contributions to the community.
We have been following Eric's ordeal through various friends. So sorry to hear of his passing.

I knew Eric from my former office (chiropractic) and when I moved to another office when my boss retired, Eric saw my name in the business section regarding my new office, and took the time to call and wish me well in my new job and to let me know I would be missed. I always loved seeing him, and delighted in hearing about his family, whom he adored so much. I just want all of his family to know that he was not just loved by you, but by anyone who came to know him well. What a special guy he was...my thoughts and prayers are with you through this difficult time.
