Duggan and his wife Claire of Brookline, Doris E. Philpott and her husband Paul of Marshfield, Michael G. Duggan and his wife Jane of Franklin, Maura J. Tombeno and her husband James of Sturbridge, and Francis X. Duggan of Brookline. Dear brother of Bonnie Powell of Duxbury, Josie Meade of Chestnut Hill, Gerri Bearce of West Roxbury, and the late Thomas, George and John Duggan, Mary Murphy, Jane Drummond, and Nancy Hunter. Devoted grandfather to 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral from the Bell-O'Dea Funeral Home, 376 Washington St., BROOKLINE, Wednesday morning at 9:10 followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 10:00.
