Grandpa,
One month today that God called you home. I know that you are no longer suffering in pain, and for that I am grateful. Yet, my heart is still broken that you had to go. I thank you for being not only my Grandpa, but the best Grandpa in the world!

Philip Dutton wrote to me: Dear John, It is with great sadness that I send this mass card in your uncle Joe's name. I remember meeting your uncle at your wedding and thinking how wonderful for your dad's brother to witness one of the happiest days of your life...This mass card symbolizes our Irish Catholic heritage, which we will carry on for generations" Congregation of Holy Cross, Notre Dame Indiana

Dear Jony.
I´m sure he is among all his friends in a very better place.
I´have not had the chance to meet
him, but if he was like your father, I´m sure he was a nice old
fellow.

Dear Lillian & Family;
Our hearts have saddened with the news of Joe passing on. Joe and I are among the last of the "old timers" once on the CAmbridge Fire Dept.. Please get strength from your belief in our Lord. He will get you through this time of sorrow. Joe will be rewarded in heaven when he arrives for his dedicated work. May the good Lord watch over all of you in this time of grief.
