Jimmy was a close friend of mine from age 7 to 11. I lived on Hagen Rd., a few houses away. We were more like brothers than friends, and we created trouble but never really got caught. Jimmy is a part of who I am!Once I found a $10 bill floating down the brook next to our house. Jimmy was with me at the time, so my mother made me give $5 to him. It was the right thing to do.

I was sad to see of Jim's (Jimmy's) passing. Though I have not seen him in almost 40 years, I still have fond memories of my friend with his blazing red hair and freckles. He was a fun kid to be with in our Olde Field Road/Hagen Road neighborhood. He always made the kids laugh and smile. My best to the Swiman family.
