In Peabody, of Reading, formerly of Medford August 25, 2007. Beloved husband of Kathryn R. "Kay" (Hauser) with whom he shared 59 years of marriage. Devoted father of Linda K. Mallette and her partner Nancy Patterson of Beverly and Stephen J. Mallette and his wife Judy of Chelmsford. Cherished brother of Therese Pawlak and her husband Hubert of IL. Loving grandfather of Sera Mallette-Murray and her husband Jim of Worcester, Sayda Mallette and her fiance Brian Betsold of Lowell; and also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home, 25 Sanborn St. (corner of Woburn St.), READING, on Thursday, August 30 at 10 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St., Reading at 11.
