Mary Bernard Obituary

Age 97. Beloved wife of the late Sergius Bernard (Former Superintendent of Raynham-Bridgewater School System). Devoted mother of Sergius, Virginia, Jude, James and Stephen. She is survived, by 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was daughter of the late James and Virginia (Gee) McDonough. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday Sept. 5 at the Holy Redeemer Church, 57 Highland Ave., Chatham at 10 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours will be held at the Nickerson Funeral Home, 87 Crowell Rd., CHATHAM on Tuesday from 6-8 PM. Interment Holy Trinity Cemetery Harwich. Donations may be made to the Bridgewater-Raynham Scholarship Fund, c/o Bridgewater Raynham High School, Bridgewater, MA 02324.
