Lucy Bucchiere Obituary

Of Saugus, Aug. 31. Wife of the late Saugus Police Officer Rosario A. "Roy" Bucchiere. Loving mother of Julia Rea of Saugus, Lucille Ventre and her husband Jerome of Saugus, Michael Bucchiere of Peabody & his late wife Claire, Roy Bucchiere & his wife Elizabeth of Swampscott, Francis Bucchiere & his wife Carolyn of Saugus, John Bucchiere & his wife Mary of Saugus, David Bucchiere and his partner John Hooker of Phoenix, AZ. Sister of Frank Coscia of NH & Margaret Fasano of Saugus. Sister in-law of Marion Sacca of Winchester. Also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren & 10 great great grandchildren. The Funeral will be held from the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS, Wednesday at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral mass at St. Margaret's Church, 431 Lincoln Ave., Saugus at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Interment Riverside Cemetery, Saugus. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Assoc., Ma. Affiliate, Inc., 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. My mother, Pam, talked of many fond memories with you and Papa when she was young. Thank you for being wonderful to her! I, myself, will always remember lobster spaghetti...yummy! Rest in peace!
