Dear Helen, I am very sorry to have heard of Neals passing I had been away and was just told. Neal and I had many laughs at the Police station and enjoyed a lot of late night meals together on last halfs. He was one of a kind when a problem arose he knew just how to handle it. I am very proud to have work with Neal for so many years.

Dear Helen, I,m so sorry for your loss. Neil was a true friend of mine. He was a great police officer. I worked with Neil for many years before my retirement in 1989. I am living in Savannah Georgia and saw his obit on line. Sorry I didn,t know sooner. My prayers are with you and your family. I will always rember him and his humor and friendship.
