Mary Corbett Obituary

Age 87, of Weymouth, Sept. 20, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Richard E. Corbett. Sister of Bernadette D. Weber of Marion and the late Daniel and John Donoghue. Sister in law of Ernest W. Weber of Marion. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the SOUTH WEYMOUTH McDonald Funeral Home at 809 Main St. (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hosp.) Tuesday at 9:00 A.M. Funeral Mass in St. Francis Xavier Church, South Weymouth at 10:00 A.M. Visitation Tuesday morning prior to Funeral Mass at 9:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment will be at a later date. Retired Hospital Administrator and Vice President of South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's memory to the South Shore Hospital Educational Fund, 55 Fogg Rd., South Weymouth, MA 02190.

Mary was my boss and mentor for many years at South Shore Hospital. She was a class act and always a lady. She was a poineer for women - a lady in a high position in an organization in a tratidionally male field of finance.
