Each of us has traveled down our own separate paths
Some far away chasing dreams,
Others close chasing hope
Some of us will lose our last name,
While others will gain a new one
Never will we lose our strength to endure,
Our strength to live and laugh
And come together and share joy
We have lost many, but it is those
We have lost that has given us their love
To take with us each and everyday
And we live to make them proud
So we open our petals and let
Their flower of love bloom inside all of us
And be a family
