On the fifth anniversary of your husbands death I would like to offer my condolences. I have been trying to contact you throughout the years and was truly sorry to have found this. I remember all the great stories you had for Donald and it seemed as if you were both very much in love with each other. Of course your lil gal at the time I worked with you was the light in both your eyes.

Dear Liz, Sara, Kristine,
Donald was the best! He went out of the way to make you laugh even if he was picking on you. He had the biggest heart and he was loved by everyone who knew him. I know that words can not fill the void left in you world hopefully the memories will help. God bless your family and keep him close. He will be missed by all.

I never met Don, but I certainly wish I had. He sounds like a wonderful man, brother, husband, father and friend. To the Wheeler family, yes, physically, he is no longer there, but you hold in your heart what matters most....the love you have for him and the love he has for you. May God Bless you always.

I'll always remember Donald's famous words every time i was late for work even if it was five minutes (WELL GOOD AFTERNOON)he was great at busting peoples chops but he only did it if he liked you!! so i am grateful to have been subject to his sarcastic humor.... I am so sorry for your loss.... but i can almost guarantee that the Donald i remember is in a special place right now watching over the three of you!!

For the last year and 1/2 I heard Don's voice every morning on the radio phone to Russell saying "unbelievable guy - it's 6:30am where are you?" A daily wake up call I'll truly miss - along with his smile and often humble ways. All the best and good care to you in all the days to come. Linda

I had the privilege of spending many hours with Don over the last several years. These days were invariably filled with laughter. I was always struck by his generosity, his amazing business sense, and his incredible love for his family. He will be forever missed by countless numbers of us whose lives he touched.
