Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

I'm so sorry for you loss. I know that neither her age nor the fact that you knew she was ill will make it any easier to cope with her loss. The wonderful thing is that she had a long and happy life and left a wonderful family.

Dear Cousins: My heartfelt sympathies for the passing of your Mother, Ava. I admired her very much. My Dad appreciated the supportive cards she sent during his illness before he passed away last spring.
