Ruth J. Bright

Of Canton, September 26, 2007, age 91. Beloved wife of the late Orlow S. Bright. Loving mother of Judi Bright of Townsend, VT., former Canton Police Chief Peter S. Bright and his wife Bobbie, and Joel S. Bright of Canton. Sister of Kip Claffy of Mansfield, and the late John Mutch, Helen Martin, Margaret Mutch, and Sue Johnson. Grandmother of Charlotte Hogan of Sharon, Jennifer Andrews of Canton, and Amy Schaefer of Berlin, WI. Also survived by seven great-grandchildren. Past member of the Canton Garden Club and Canton Community Club. Former volunteer at the Canton Food Bank. A Funeral Service will be held in the Roache-Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman St., CANTON Saturday at 12 noon. Interment will be private.
