Dear family, In a few weeks it will be a year since Ryan left this earth. He is missed! The other day I was thinking about Ryan when he was little. He was at Mimi's house in the pool with his little swimmies on, Ro was holding him telling him to kick his feet and Ryan did!, and with such enthusiasm I might add that Ro's hair doo was no longer up where it belonged! Love you all, Auntie Eva

I actually just heard today, and I still can't believe what I'm hearing. All I remember is how much fun we always had, even that time we moved you to Boston and dropped our McDonalds everywhere haha. You will never be forgotten, and my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your entire family.

Ryan was an easy person to like. The kind of kid who always seemed like he had a deeper understanding of things then you do. He seemed to be saying, "Things aren't as complicated as you're making them".

As surly as flowers miss the Sun, his light will be missed by us all.

My Dearest Nephew Ryan,
Watching the many who came to watch your services yesterday and the many fellow Officers who came to show their respect was truly and honor to you and your life. A Yahrzeit candle will be burning for you. Our lives were the richer for knowing you and we will spend our days honoring you with our good deeds. We will never forget the beauty and compassion that you brought to this world.
You will always know you are loved, from now to eternity.

Davy & Kim, Robyn, David & Clare, Know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. There are no words to say that will make the pain easier, so I'm not even going to attempt. I know that when my mom(Auntie Marilyn) passed away the only things that were a comfort to me were the wonderful memories and my loving family. I will always remember when I saw Davy and Ryan for the first time after not seeing them in years, they both hugged me and said hello Auntie, time didn't matter. Todays services for Ryan were touching. How he lived his life was felt by the words and the outpouring of love shown last night and today. Ryan, I love your song! To The Dickinson Family,
There are no words to express my sympathy for your family. Ryan was
an exceptional young man. My prayers are with you in this time of grieving

October 5, 2007

To the Dickinson Family,
There are not enough people in this world like Ryan. I am so sorry for your loss. He had such a kind heart and would give you the shirt off of his back. He was a great friend, and no matter how long you go without seeing him you could always pick up right where you left off. Ryan's character was genuine and he knew who he was. Ryan's kindness was written all over his face and he wanted to share it with everyone.I will never forget my 18th birthday when none of my friends gave me a card at school and Ryan showed up to my house with a birthday card. Those are the simple things in life that really matter and Ryan never forgot about his family and friends because they always came first. Kindess in words creates confidence, kindess in thinking creates profundity and kindness in giving creates love. Ryan was a strong, passionate and loving guy. He touched so many lives and will be very missed.

There is nothing that can be said or done at a time like this to express the shock, and raw sorrow we all feel, in losing Ryan. Someone so young, talented, and full of the best potential. He would have been a credit to ANY Police dept. that hired him, and was a credit to those agencies he worked for. As a police officer in Peabody, I would Often have Ryan ride along with me in the Mall area, and found him to be very eager to work the job, not just do the job. God Bless Ryan's family, and all of us mourning his untimely, and tragic death.

Dearest Ryan,

I’ll always remember the day that you came home from the hospital. It was October and I was in kindergarten. Your brother, Jer and I went to the same school. You were a miracle to me, your brother and your cousins. We waited for you with anticipation and we weren’t dissapointed. You had blond ringlets and blue eyes. You were everything we had dreamed of. As the years passed, you never failed to live up to the miracle that you truly were. I spent so many weekends with your family when I didn’t have one of my own. You treated me like a sister. I can remember so many magical times – going to Friendly’s or watching you watch WWF wrestling with Dave. You two were inseperable. The thing I remember the most is that you were so unassuming. You never expected anything. I’m really going to miss you Ryan. I love you.

Love Forever

Dear Ryan and Family,
When I married your Aunt, I had no idea how lucky she was to have so many children in her life. She always made all of you feel special. She knew Ryan, as did we all, whose hearts you touched, that you were different. Your goodness showed through in everything you did and everyone you touched. My heart goes out to your parents and to my wife, your Auntie, whose love for you, your sister Samantha, and your loving brother Davy has never waivered, and never will. She will always be your Auntie. Your brother Davy will be our daily reminder as his eyes reflect your glow. Remember dearest young man that you are in our prayers and hearts always.

Dearest Davy,
Words will never be able to convey to you how much we love you. Ryan was so fortunate to have you with him as he passed from our world to one of peace.
These times are hard and they hurt. Just remember one thing, there are those who love you more than words can say. Ryan is at peace now with Samantha. We love you so very much, never forget that! You are an awesome brother and cousin. You and Kim make this world special; Ryan knew that, as do we all! We love you, and will always hold Ryan and you in our hearts everyday!

My Dear Nephew,
In God's hands you rest with Samantha, Dusty, Aaron and your Grandparents. They were there to greet you, so you passed without being alone. Your brother was there to be with you as you passed from our world to one of peace.
Love is the only word to express who you were. Son to your parents, and loving Nephew to Auntie as well as all of your Aunts and Uncles. Always the best friend to your brother Davy. Loving cousin to all.
We know you will watch over us all as we go about our day to day lives. But it will be all that much more difficult without you in our world. Rest in Peace my dear Nephew. Remember all those who loved you so...
Love Auntie, Uncle Bernie, Uncle Tom, and your loving cousins, Jeremiah, Abigail, and Jackie.
