To the O'Neill Family-
I'm saddened to hear of Charlie's death. He contributed so much to Elder Services of Worcester, in such a simple way. His message was consistent as we struggled with complicated budget issues. Charlie's hand would go up at the end of a discussion, followed by a statement that our funding should be spent on behalf of elders in need.
He was a man of integrity and has left his mark on the community.
With sympathy,
Patrick Moore

Dear Charlie and Carolyn:
So sorry to hear of your loss. I don't believe we ever had the pleasure of meeting your dad, but it is clear he was an extraordinary human being. Our sincerest condolences and sympathy

Uncle Charlie was truly one of the finest men I have ever met. My thoughts are with Aunt Frances and the family they raised together, including extended family they have always expressed concern and care for over the years. My family and I hold you all in prayer and know the following months will be difficult, but that the hope of being reunited in eternity brings some level of comfort and solace. He was a truly good man, a loving and devoted husband and father, and a kind person to all who knew him. Please know we will be there to celebrate his life and the contributions he made to his family.
Sincerely,
Shelley O'Neill Croal

Charlie was a great neighbor to have - he was a true gentleman. We often spoke to each other out in our driveways while getting our mail or just before heading off to work and church every morning. I will miss our chats and his easy-going demeanor. My sympathies go out to his entire family - especially Frances, his wonderful wife.

To the O"Neill family;
I had the pleasure of knowing your husband, father, while working for Dr. Baker in Holden. He was a wonderful man, full of life, and will be missed deeply. We now have another angel in heaven.
