Eleanor Pestilli Obituary

Age 89, of Quincy, October 4, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Ernani F. Pestilli. Devoted mother of Joan E. Coady of Quincy, Richard P. Pestilli and his wife Lillian of Plymouth, Stephen J. Pestilli and his wife Linda of Norwell. Loving grandmother of Lisa Downey & her husband Jack of Braintree, Eric Pestilli & his wife Alyssa of Sandwich, Erin Pestilli of Hamden, CT, Lindsay Pestilli & Stephanie Pestilli, both of Norwell. Great grandmother of Evan Pestilli. Sister of Raymond D'Angelo, Russell D'Angelo, both of Quincy, the late Paul D'Angelo, the late Robert D'Angelo & the late Dora Cosenza. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Funeral from the Sweeney Brothers Home for Funerals, 1 Independence Ave, QUINCY, Tuesday, Oct. 9 at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Joseph's Church, 550 Washington St., Quincy at 10 o'clock. Relatives & friends are invited to attend. Visiting Hours Monday 4-8 PM. Interment Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy. For those who wish, donations in Mrs. Pestilli's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1115 West Chestnut St., Brockton, MA 02301.

Mimi was such a bright light - and what a delightful lady!! We will so miss her wonderful laugh.
