Robert Edward Liddell

Age 91, formerly of No. Falmouth and Watertown, MA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 in Nashua, NH. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (Lexner) Liddell of 64 years. Devoted father of Col Robert Joseph Liddell, USA, and his wife Mary Anne of Burke, VA, Mary E. and her husband Robert M. Baxter of Lake Suzy, FL, and Peter Alexander Liddell and his companion Barbara Berry of Kensington, CA. Grandfather of Kerry A. Baxter, Nashua, New Hampshire, Jennifer Florence Liddell and her husband Jamie Friedman of Quincy, MA, and Megan Elizabeth Liddell of Quincy, MA. Great-grandfather of Jack Thomas Friedman of Quincy, MA. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Son of the late Alexander and Elizabeth (Slavin) Liddell. Brother of the late Eleanor F. Powers of Jackson, CA, the late Francis Liddell, Weymouth, MA, and the late Kathleen McGonagle-Westover of Brockton, MA, and Monroe, MI. Visiting hours will be from 4-7 PM on Wed, Oct 10, 2007 in The Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 584 W. Falmouth Hwy (Route 28A), WEST FALMOUTH. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM, Thursday, October 11th in St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 481 Quaker Rd., N. Falmouth. Burial will follow at Massachusetts National Cemetery.
