Joseph Galeno

Of Waltham, October 5, 2007 at age 94. Beloved husband of the late Carmella J. (DeVasto) Galeno. Devoted father of Marie Galeno of Waltham. Dear brother of Giannina Granata of Arlington and the late Alessandro and Erasmo Galeno, Erasma Granata, Cosmo, Antonio and Guido Galeno. Loving son of the late Pietro Galeno and Maria Civita (DiBiasi) Galeno. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews. Services will be held from the Brasco and Sons Memorial, 325 Trapelo Rd. BELMONT, Tuesday at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration and thanksgiving for the life of Joseph at Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 857 Trapelo Rd. Waltham at 10 am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours, Monday 4-8pm. Parking attendants will be on duty. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge.
