Kay/Paul's mom:
I am so sorry about your loss; I have a son of my own now and couldn't imagine the pain that you are suffering. I know that he is in a better place now no more pain. My cousin and I (a/k/a the bladder twins) and a bunch of others really don't want to give names but we knew Paul and hung around each other growing up around Boston. Although we all have grown up and went our separate ways I will never forget Paul and that great big bright smile he had he would light up a room everytime! I hope that you will find the poem that I sent earlier (My Mom is a survivor) will bring you comfort in knowing that you are not alone in this time of loss and sorrow of your son.
God bless you and your family.

My Mom is a survivor ...
which is no surprise to me.
She's always been like a lighthouse
that helps you cross a stormy sea.
But, I walk with my Mom each day
to lift her when she's down.
I wipe the tears she hides from others.
She cries when no one's around.
I watch her sit up late at night,
with my picture in her hand.
She cries as she tries to grieve alone,
and wishes she could understand.
My Mom is like a tower of strength.
She's the greatest of them all~!
But there's times when she needs to cry...
Please be there when she falls.
Hold her hand or pat her Shoulder...
and tell her it's okay.
Be her strength when she's sad,
Help her mourn in her own way.
Now, as I watch over my precious Mom from the Heaven's up above...
I'm so proud that she's a survivor...
And, I can still feel her love~!

I'm so sorry for your loss.
Paul was a great kid, I used to babysit for him when you lived in
Mission Hill.
