I'm sorry for your family's loss. Mr. Burnett was my instructor in the late 70s at MassArt, and a large part of a very positive experience for me at the college. He was a gentleman and always very encouraging.

I was saddened to read of your loss of Cal. I was his advisor when he started his doctoral program in the School of Education at Boston University. I always enjoyed our discussions and was disappointed when he dropped his program.
He had an amazing career. My sympathy to you and your family

Torrey,
Many years have passed since we last met or spoke. I have never forgotten you, Tobey or your gentle husband, Cal. I read with sadness of his death and his illness. When you have time, please contact me. You are always in my thoughts.

Divine blessings and comfort to your family. My late father Cortlandt Burnett spoke fondly of his older brother. May you find peace.
