Hello my friend..
It is just 2 days before Christmas and this year I just can NOT get into the "holiday spirit". What used to be my favorite is now my most dreaded...I always feel better after talking to you so here I am. I heard from you mom and Rene the other day..Rene invited me to a little get together at her houde on Christmas Eve.If I dont have to drive to pick up John I think I will make an appearance. Your family has "reached out" to me quite a bit and I am grateful. I feel close to you for lack of a better term. Not a day goes by that I dont think of you...your pic still sits on my wall unit in that ridiculous little cube thing where it has been since your vacation to Florida so long ago....I will stop here for now but as you already know..I will be in touch with you VERY soon...kisses...

It is almost Thanksgiving and other than John and my family I am thankful that I was fortunate enough to have known you..to have been a part of your life and you a part of mine. As young as we were, you "taught" me how to love..as only a teenager could..you were my first...EVERYTHING...I remember a while back when I contacted Jess for the first time in years, and I had made the comment that she may not even remember me and her response?? Of course I do..I remember seeing BL loves Laura everywhere when I was little...HAHA Got to be honest..put a huge smile on my face! Anyway..enough babbling out of me.
Hope you realize what a big part of my life you always were..

just saying hello...I dont know why but lately you have been on my mind...alot. Not such a bad thing I suppose. Went through some old pictures of hanging out on Centre St and the day that you carved our initials on the tree behind Blanchards came to mind...I was SOOO proud of that tree..
Anyway..I wanted you to know how important you always were to me...I am sorry that sometimes I sound so sappy but you know me..I have always had difficulty hiding how I feel..I will talk to you soon~

BL will be missed. he was such a great friend and caring human being.
i will never forget all those times with him, Dave, Matt and Keith.
i had lost touch over the years.
i just learned of his passing recently, and i wanted to share my deepest sympathy.
i know the boys are all together now, as they were when they were here with us.
i just wish that they were all still here....

With October right around the corner I was feeling a little "sentimental" and decided to read this ENTIRE guest book from the beginning. So many people loved you most of the comments made me cry..but one that brought back "the old days" was an anonymous comment to you telling you that you were "as free as a bird now" Yeahh I bawled..I remember that song being Played at Dave's service so many years ago and what a difficult time you had. I was glad to have been there for you if only for a minute (or 2..lol). I take comfort in knowing you are safe..and that you are surrounded by ones you love..and who absolutely loved you!! Happy Birthday B...Stayed at mom and dads the other night and as I lay in bed in my old room I could see through the reflection in the mirror the door to your room where so many nights I would see you come home and walk into, sometimes coming in to tell me about a wild night that was had, I had no choice but to listen to every detail you either had to vent or brag ha ha! lol God , I would do anything to have that time back! xo

Hey BL it's hard to believe I haven't seen your smiling face or enjoyed a big bear hug for 2 years. I know you're with us (because I talk to you all the time) but then I think it's seems so long since we had one of our talks. Things haven't changed much except we are more aware what's going on. Halloween is fast approaching at that was always our special time with our kids. I hope to keep our tradition going! The rain seems appropriate today. Just me again~~ as the day draws closer I find myself thinking more and more about you..I dont know what it is..but I am not complaining. I talked to Rene on facebook the other day and we are going to try and get together soon. Apparently,like Jessica,she is not that far from me. She says about an hour! Isnt it strange how things go full circle? Who would have thought that 26 yrs later I would be making plans to "hang out" with your sister(s)and your parents?? I think its funny..just wish circumstances were better..At least I made your mom laugh when she read one of my previous notes to you! The one where I commented on how many times I snuck in your house??!! She let me knew that we werent as slick as we thought...she always knew!! Hello~~ I hear the flyers went up for your benefit..haven't seen it yet but I think I know what pic your mom used. The day I visited I commented on one of you on the fridge and she told me that she was thinking about using it...Sorry I haven't been to visit but between work and John getting ready to move..can you believe he is moving to Dorchester??!! I move to NH to get him outta there and where does he end up going to college??!!I guess what they say is true..you can take the boy out of the city but you can't take the city out of the boy...you know that!! Anyway I am going to try to see you before the benefit..I am guessing you will be very busy that weekend..well I am going to stop for now..See/talk to you soon.
