Age 82, of East Dennis, died Thursday, October 11, 2007 at her daughter's home in Framingham. Wife of the late John T. Shea, Jr., who died in 1999. Born in Allston, daughter of the late Paul V. and Alice (Lindauer) Farrell. Mother of Elizabeth A. Mingolelli and her husband Michael of Framingham, and John T. Shea, III and his wife Cynthia of Medway. Grandmother of Michael Jr. and Marc Mingolelli, Laurie Edwards, and John T. IV, Jennifer, and Joseph Shea; and three great-granddaughters. Sister of Virginia Sapienza. Aunt of Alice Sapienza. Sister of the late Paul V. Farrell and Lawrence Farrell. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Monday, October 15, at 8 AM from the Norton Funeral Home, 53 Beech Street (corner of Union Ave), FRAMINGHAM, followed by her Funeral Mass at 9 AM in St. Bridget's Church, Route 9, at Framingham Center. A Graveside Ceremony will take place at 1 PM at Quivet Neck Cemetery, East Dennis. Visiting hours at the Funeral Home will be Sunday from 2-6 PM. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Our Lady of the Cape Thrift Shop, care of Our Lady of the Cape Church, P.O. Box 1799, Brewster, MA 02631. Graduate of Boston Girls Latin School and Brighton High School. Worked at the Harvard Faculty Club for 25 years before retiring to Cape Cod in 1985. Choir member for many years at Our Lady of the Cape Church in Brewster, and volunteered at Our Lady of the Cape Thrift Shop.
