I had the wonderful opportunity for more than 10 years to call Don my friend while I worked at Cablevision. Our conversations were always punctuated by Don’s infectious smile and warm laugh. The world is a sadder place with his passing. To the Posey family you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was fortunate enough to know Don for 13 years at Cablevison...a kind, warm, gentle man who would give you the shirt off his back.
The initial shock and sadness i felt is now replaced w/fond, wonderful memories of every encounter i had w/Don...may God bless and comfort the Posey family at this time, and know he was very much loved by very many people

Don's loss will leave a mark of immeasurable size not only to myself , but to ALL that had the opportunity to know and speak with Don on a daily basis around the Comcast shop. My days were truly better when I had the few moments to converse with him about pretty much anything that was going on. I am shocked ,and saddened beyond words...my heartfelt condolences to his family and friends on the passing of such a FINE FINE human being.
