Age 87, of Newton. Entered into rest October 14, 2007. Beloved husband of the late Rita (Blaustein). Devoted father of Alan Markovsky and Ronald Markovsky and his wife Danielle. Loving brother and brother-in-law of Louis and Judith Markovsky. Cherished grandfather of Cameron and Tyler. Dear uncle of many loving nieces and nephews. Services at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, CANTON on Tuesday October 16th at 12 Noon. Interment at Sharon Memorial Park immediately following the service. Memorial observance will be at the home of Ronald & Danielle Markovsky through Wednesday evening. Expressions of sympathy in his memory may be donated to the American Heart Association 20 Speen St Framingham MA 01701. Stanetsky Memorial Chapel 781-821-4600

Uncle Tootsie will be greatly missed. He always had a smile on his face and made you laugh. One of my favorite memeories was going to the horse races with him in Florida. I loved how he explained everything going on as if he were running the place. I am sorry I was unable to be there for the funeral but I am glad I was able to spend some time with him and the family this summer. Love, Cousin Julie
