Dear Cathy, Ann, Barb, Mary, Roberta and John and family...

I have so many memories of your Sherborn and your father. My enduring memory of your "Pa" was having him appear, seemingly out of nowhere, with a gleam in his eye, and a practiced sweet delivery, to offer me "some bacon." The first time was BEFORE Cathy had warned me to NEVER take anything from the frig, without clearing it with her. Seems the bacon was 20+ years old; part of Natick Labs project to develop food for extended space flights. I was taking a nibble when Cathy came in and looked on with HORROR. A look that sent yor Pa into quite an extended "he-he-he-he-he" ...Which in turn did the same to us. My sympathies to you all at this time. Love "JA"
