Of Braintree on October 17, 2007. Daughter of the late William and Florence (Riddler) Egan. Devoted sister of Florence Taverna of Somerville, Mary Carroll of Melrose, Frances Mitchell of Concord, Claire Steeves of Braintree, James Egan of East Dennis and the late William R. Egan Jr. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Reposing at the Cartwright-Venuti Funeral Home, 845 Washington Street, BRAINTREE until 10:30 AM Monday followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 845 Washington Street, Braintree. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation period Monday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Burial in Mt. Benedict Cemetery, W. Roxbury.
