Age 58, of Exeter formerly of Boston, MA, October 21, 2007. Beloved son of Mary F. (Dort) Smith of Brockton and the late Kenneth L. Smith. Beloved husband of Dorothy L. (Douchette) Smith of Exeter. Beloved father of Charles Smith, Edward Seekins, Shawn Seekins, Jennifer Smith, Karen Bitomski, and Debra Seekins. Beloved grandfather of 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Beloved brother of Kenneth J. Smith and his wife Barbara, Richard Smith and his wife Cheryl, and Linda Tarr. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Service in the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Rd., Exeter, NH, Wednesday at 5 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visit Wednesday from 4 PM until the service. In lieu of flowers, donations to Seacoast Hospice, 10 Hampton Rd., Exeter, NH 03833. Burial in the Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree, MA, Friday at 10 AM. Meet at cemetery office. Ten year veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in Vietnam. Worked for Venture Company, Seabrook, NH.

Mr. Smith,
Sir, I didn't know you but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USAF during the Vietnam War. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
